Inpatient Coding Specialist

Exela Technologies is a global leader in business process automation, offering industry-specific and multi-industry enterprise software and solutions. We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Coding Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Inpatient Coding Specialist to provide remote medical records coding and abstracting services to our clients nationwide. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in facility Inpatient coding and possess top coding facility Inpatient acute care skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and efficient coding and abstracting services for Inpatient medical records
- Work from home using high-speed internet and experience with EMR, multiple encoders, and abstracting systems
- Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
- One of the following credentials: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, COC, or CIC
- At least 1 year of experience in facility Inpatient coding
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $28.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills
