About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Meat Cutter and Wrapper to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meat Cutting and Wrapping: Cut and wrap meat products to meet customer demand and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Meat Department Operations: Assist with daily operations of the meat department, including receiving and stocking meat products, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive work environment, and support each other in meeting customer needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Meat Cutting and Wrapping Experience: Preferred.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
