Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with contract documents and industry standards.
  • Prepare daily summary reports of construction inspection activities and examine workmanship of finished installations.
  • Interface with clients, consultants, subconsultants, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; at least two years of college preferred.
  • Experience in construction inspection, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively interface with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 to prepare reports and documents.
