Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Construction Inspector to join our team at Primera Engineers. As a Construction Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of construction projects throughout the City of Chicago.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with contract documents and industry standards.
- Prepare daily summary reports of construction inspection activities and examine workmanship of finished installations.
- Interface with clients, consultants, subconsultants, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; at least two years of college preferred.
- Experience in construction inspection, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively interface with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 to prepare reports and documents.
