Job Overview

Anchor Bay Powder Coat LLC is seeking a skilled Shop Technician to join our team on a night shift schedule. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of parts through our powder coat application services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, count, and package a variety of parts
  • Packaging parts onto pallets, into bags or into boxes
  • Filling out appropriate paperwork throughout each process
  • Media blasting/shot-blasting parts, hanging parts on hooks, masking and plugging parts according to blueprints/paperwork
  • Using air tools such as angle grinders and palm sanders
  • Filling out appropriate paperwork throughout each process
  • Hanging parts on hooks to be coated
Requirements
  • Honest, reliable, hardworking, and able to communicate well with team members
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Hi-Lo experience preferred but not required
  • Must have mechanical skills/knowledge and sound trouble shooting abilities
  • Must be able to read job orders, complete required paperwork in a timely manner, and maintain a professional appearance at all times
