As a LPN-LTC Nurse Specialist at LifeBridge Health, you will be responsible for attending to the daily operations of the unit, providing basic physical assessment skills, and developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans. You will work closely with our Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to ensure that the needs of our patients are met.

Requirements for this role include a formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree, a license for Practical Nursing, and AHA BLS CPR Certification. You will also need basic computer skills and experience with Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine.

Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the LPN-LTC Nurse Specialist utilizes a general understanding of the principles of nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized nursing care plans to ensure that the needs of the residents are met.

Requirements:

  • Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field;
  • Less than one year experience;
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma);
  • License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification;
  • Basic computer skills; Synquest; IV Pump; Phillips Monitoring System; Accucheck; EKG Machine, Specialty Bed Operation;
