Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily maintenance or service requests from tenants, ensuring high standards of customer relations and satisfaction.
  • Assist in supervising vendors responsible for maintaining and servicing the properties and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure all facility systems are operational and performing effectively.
  • Conduct required periodic and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Manage documentation such as supply orders, inventory tracking, and internal communications.
  • Support the maintenance of key control systems and monitor the Energy Management System on a daily basis.
  • Respond to emergency situations outside of regular hours.
  • Enforce company policies regarding towing.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.
  • Certification in the handling and management of refrigerants used within the facilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with practical skills.
  • Flexibility in work hours to accommodate changing needs, including availability on weekends.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Exhibit high levels of credibility and integrity.
  • Hold oneself and others accountable, striving for excellence.
  • Possess a positive attitude and a drive for growth and innovation.
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
