Clinical Nurse Specialist

Clinical Nurse Specialists play a vital role in healthcare delivery systems, providing expert consultation and implementing improvements in patient care. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Source Code in Everett, Washington.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert consultation to all care providers
- Implement improvements in healthcare delivery systems
- Develop and implement clinical practice guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Master's Degree from a clinical nurse specialist program accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education (CCNE) or the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission (NLNAC)
- 3 years of registered nursing experience in the area of specialty
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Current certification as a CNS
- Current certification in area of specialty
- 2 years of clinical leadership responsibility
