Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing personalized solutions to meet their banking needs.
  • Utilize standard scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions.
  • Provide high-level responsiveness to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay abreast of electronic banking solutions and assist customers with concerns related to those products.
  • Process and send confirmations on stop payment requests, verifications of deposits, and other customer transactions.
  • Assist customers with Online Banking Enrollment, password resets, and account maintenance.
  • Process Online Banking enrollment verification letters, mobile deposit capture enrollment requests, and distribute Online Commercial Account applications.
  • Activate ATM and Debit cards, increase Debit card limits, and block lost or compromised cards.
  • Closely monitor and maintain confidential customer information and adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of call center experience in a banking environment.
  • College experience a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal relationship building, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using advanced Microsoft Office and FISERV.
  • Ability to facilitate effective meetings and training sessions.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, problem resolution, project management, critical thinking, research, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to change.
  • Excellent quality customer service and telephone skills with the ability to establish good business relationships.
