Our services are supported by over 400 professionally trained sales representatives and 300 factory-trained service technicians who prioritize customer satisfaction.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of merchandise, equipment, and services in assigned territories. You will work closely with customers, vendors, and Benco teammates to achieve sales goals and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Travel and make regular face-to-face sales calls to maintain customer relationships and sales business;
  • Prospect to drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals;
  • Lead sales activities with assigned customers and partner with them to build long-term relationships;
  • Identify new business through a variety of methods including cold calling and networking;

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience;
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record;
  • Ability to travel in assigned territory daily, as required for customers, vendors, and Benco teammates, business and group meetings, and Customer Experience Trips as well as limited overnight travel;
