Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery team in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Labor and Delivery unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
  • Oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of safety and respect
Requirements:
  • Current MA RN license
  • Minimum of 1-2 years L&D nursing experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills
  • Fetal Monitoring preferred
  • CPR Training required within first 3 months of employment
  • NRP required within the first 6 months of employment
