We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plumbing Specialist to join our team in residential new construction.

Sobieski New Homes is part of an $80 million mechanical contracting company that provides premier construction services to Delaware, South Eastern PA, Cecil County, Maryland markets. We partner with national and local builders for HVAC, sheet metal, and plumbing Installation for residential new construction.

 

Job Description

This position earns a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our plumbers work 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with overtime expected during peak periods. The role involves installing water lines, water heaters, sinks, and toilets, as well as training plumbing helpers.

Requirements

  • Licensed journeyman plumber or 5+ years of new home construction experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing construction and ability to read blueprints
  • Able to install complex plumbing systems
