Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team at Patterson Companies. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling anesthesia machines, accessories, and other related equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble anesthesia machines, accessories, and other related equipment
  • Inspect, clean, repair, and refurbish anesthetic vaporizers
  • Pick and issue materials to manufacturing shop orders
  • Perform pressure tests on anesthesia machines
  • Troubleshoot anesthesia machines that fail the pressure test
  • Update job sheets and adjust inventory levels
  • Enter customer information into the computerized serial number database
  • Pack anesthesia machines and accessories
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and instructions
  • Ability to use hand tools and cordless drills/screwdrivers
  • Ability to use basic measuring tools such as dial calipers and depth micrometer
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and business computer systems
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on being dependable, reliable, and punctual
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with common assembly tools preferred
Working Conditions

This position is located in a warehouse environment, where you will be working with a variety of equipment and materials. You must be able to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing, and be able to read and interpret various electronic and written documents.
