Job Title: Tax ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Next Level Resources. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume tax department, overseeing client relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of tax services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives, and providing strategic advice to meet their tax needs.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Research complex tax issues, providing timely and accurate advice to clients.
  • Monitor changes to tax regulations, updating processes and practices to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement firm policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification.
  • 8+ years of progressive Public Accounting experience.
  • Strong management skills, including the ability to delegate and lead a team.
  • Excellent technical tax knowledge and research skills.
  • Strong client service and communication skills.
