We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our production facility in Blair, NE. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure our equipment runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical power systems, motor drives, and control systems
- Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures and regulations
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician
- HS diploma or equivalent with basic math and science skills
- Ability to read manuals and understand equipment controls
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work in confined spaces

- Competitive hourly rate: $25-29/hour
- Shift differential and overtime pay
