Job Description

We are seeking a Primary Care Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Fayetteville, VA. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering patient care and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized nursing care to patients in a primary care setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to healthcare providers
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR/AED
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
