Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate risk exposures and assess potential losses to inform underwriting decisions.
- Analyze financial data and credit reports to determine insurability.
- Communicate with underwriters and brokers to clarify policy requirements and issue new policies.
- Support account servicing processes, including renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service skills to internal and external customers via phone and email.
Salary: The estimated starting hourly range for this position is $25-$37, depending on experience and qualifications.
