We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Parts Counter Specialist to join our team at Altorfer CAT. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with part lookups and sales processing
  • Complete required paperwork and data entry
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Meet sales and productivity targets
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous parts counter or shop experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with programs such as UPS Worldship, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and math skills
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Working Conditions

This position works in both office and warehouse environments. You will be required to sit at a desk for long periods of time, answer phone calls, and write or use a keyboard to communicate. You may also be required to walk, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds. The wearing of approved safety equipment is required.
