Job Summary

The Property Manager will be the face of the property and must possess excellent customer service skills, written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the property, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct resident interviews and certify resident income in accordance with agency regulations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly operating statements and budget variances.
  • Develop and implement resident social programs to enhance community engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Section 8 and/or Tax Credit Property Manager.
  • HUD certifications are preferred.
  • Familiarity with tax credit and HUD programs is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take directions given.
  • Yardi software experience is a plus.
