We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Clinical Dietitian to join our team at PAM Health. As a key member of our nutrition services team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing nutrition care plans for patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess nutritional status and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics

Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or long-term care environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
