Guitar Center is a premier music retailer that embodies the world of creativity and music. We are seeking a skilled Guitar Technician Specialist to join our team.
**Compensation Package**
The estimated salary for this role is between $16.00/hr and $24.00/hr, with additional commission based on experience and performance.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a positive and meaningful way.
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Maintain store-owned gear and complete warranty repair work as assigned.
**Requirements**
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars, including knowledge of product materials, tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with Guitar Center products and sales techniques is preferred.
