Claims Inquiry Specialist

Southwest Service Administrators Inc is seeking a skilled Claims Inquiry Specialist to join our team. As a Claims Inquiry Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and researching claims history, verifying process, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of plan designs and effectively apply that knowledge when responding to inquiries.
- Research claims previously processed in members' claims history when responding to an inquiry.
- Maintain the required turnaround time for responding to inquiries.
- Provide detailed answers to inquiries.
- Able to work in multiple operating systems simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Understanding of medical claims processing.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT Codes, ICD 9/10.
