Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Coordinate and supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of supplies and materials, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely delivery to our facilities.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of supplies and materials, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures, and reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain management role, with a proven track record of success in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and team leadership.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
