You will also be responsible for equipment maintenance, reporting equipment failures, and quality assessment (QA).

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out physicians' orders by following established protocols and care standards
  • Maintain equipment and report any failures
  • Conduct quality assessment (QA) to ensure high standards of medical ethics
  • Stay up-to-date with new procedures and technologies in the field
  • Scan patients for various conditions, including general abdomen, OB/GYN, vascular, breast, thoracentesis/paracentesis, and breast biopsies

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
  • Certifications: BLS-AHA
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
