Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Quality Field Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing daily production support for THAAD KSA suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes applicable to THAAD products.
  • Partner with manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges and drive timely resolution of issues.
  • Support the completion of First Article Inspections (FAIs) in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
  • Proactively identify sources of waste and non-conformances, and employ data analysis techniques to create innovative solutions to complex supply chain issues.
  • Drive Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, and lead monthly Corrective Action Boards (CAB) with KSA suppliers.
  • Support supplier requests tied to program requirements, interface with customer needs, and program management activities.
  • Develop technical solutions to complex problems, and provide liaison support related to Quality Engineering matters.
  • Ensure supplier contract flow-down requirements are implemented and verified, and interface with LM Expat team / KSA suppliers daily.
  • Review documentation related to supplier manufacturing processes to ensure quality products are delivered to the customer.
  • Excel within a multi-functional supplier Integrated Product Teams with reviews of quality data on yields, rework, scrap, and aging non-conformances.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Advanced understanding of Quality principles in the Aerospace industry.
  • Supplier Quality Production Operations experience.
  • Source Inspection experience.
  • Experience with First Article Inspections (FAIs).
  • Welding inspection and process controls experience.
  • Composites manufacturing experience.
  • Complex machining inspection and controls experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
