Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
- Provide routine treatments and maintain a safe and clean patient environment
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must obtain BLS/Healthcare Provider certification within 30 days of hire
- None required, but prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
