About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our Club Pilates Hillsboro studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all studio functions, including membership sales, retail sales, instructor performance, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Lead all sales efforts and develop strategies to prevent member attrition
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and management of Sales Associates
  • Utilize discretion and independent judgment in directing the work of all employees and personnel
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high-level customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
  • Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Fluency in English
  • Highly organized and proficient in data management
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
