We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recovery Specialist to join our team at Meridian Behavioral Health. As a Recovery Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals on their path to recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily management of the recovery program and staff.
- Provide individual supervision and coaching to Recovery Specialists.
- Recruit, train, and supervise Recovery Specialist support staff.
- Manage inventories and ensure compliance with safety and licensing regulations.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Schedule staff to ensure safety and licensing compliance.
- Conduct performance reviews and oversee the travel log.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, in-services, and other meetings as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a chemical dependency facility or related field.
- CPR and first aid certification.
