We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Lake Wales Wellness & Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in achieving their optimal health and well-being.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
* Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans and established policies and procedures.
* Assist with patient care tasks, including lifting, turning, positioning, transporting, bathing, and feeding.
* Coordinate dining services, including meal tray delivery and documentation of meal intake.
* Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and maintain confidentiality of protected health information.

**Requirements:**

* Active CNA Certification for the applicable state
* Current CPR/BLS Certification
