Job Description:

**Construction Superintendent**

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at GPAC, a leading construction company specializing in large-scale industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency.
  • Keep detailed records of project progress, materials, and costs.
  • Report project updates and issues to upper management.
  • Travel to project sites as required to meet project needs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong preference for experience in industrial projects, especially large-scale construction.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them rigorously.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with construction management software is a plus.
