Revenue Cycle Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Representative/ Medical Receptionist to join our team at Aspire Dermatology LLC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring the smooth flow of medical records and billing processes.

• Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Billing and Insurance: Verify patient insurance coverage, obtain prior authorizations, and collect deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter patient data into our electronic medical record system.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians to ensure seamless coordination of care.

• Education: Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in a healthcare administration setting.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as Google Chrome and Firefox.
• Coding Knowledge: Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding systems.
• Typing Speed: 40 WPM or higher.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and physicians in a professional manner.
• Reliability: Reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
