- Experience: 5-7 years' experience in a plastics manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of plastic injection molding equipment and hydraulic presses.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Direct Logic PLC systems, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate's degree and electrical license preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and use of calibration meters, electrical test devices, and mechanical prints.
