We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Providence Transitional Care Center. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating occupational therapy services for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Implement and evaluate occupational therapy interventions to promote independence and functional ability
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Alaska Occupational Therapist License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in occupational therapy
  • Subspecialty experience in rehabilitation or gerontology
