Job Summary

Spread Your Wings, LLC. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Specialist to provide support and care to individuals with disabilities in their own homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients, tailoring support to meet their unique needs and desires.
  • Recognize and respond to crisis situations, utilizing professional procedures to handle them safely and effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support and care for clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience working in supported living, adult day programs, or with individuals with behavioral issues.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (a plus).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including awake shifts.
