About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. As a key member of our surgical services department, you will be responsible for maintaining a sterile environment and assisting physicians during procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a safe and sterile environment for patients and staff
  • Preparing for procedures and assisting physicians as needed
  • Providing exceptional patient care and promoting optimal outcomes
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program or significant experience in the field
  • National certification in surgical technology is highly preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $19.56-$31.94/hr, depending on previous work experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. Additionally, we provide ongoing education opportunities and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 paid over 1 year.
