About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier and Receptionist at DARCARS Automotive Group. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, direct them to the appropriate party, and answer basic inquiries.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, count money in cash drawers, and issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, and provide clear and concise information.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as filing service/customer paperwork, updating prospect tracking systems, and managing switchboards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience for our customers.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and pleasantly on the telephone.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service environment.
- Language Skills: Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish and Chinese, is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
