We are seeking a highly skilled Retention Specialist to join our team at Peco Foods. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving employee retention and engagement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate and execute onboarding and job-specific training for new employees.
- Lead the development and maintenance of training documentation, including JHAs and SOPs.
- Facilitate weekly retention meetings and drive retention activities across all shifts.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide coaching and encouragement to team members.
- Identify and report any suspicious situations or potential product adulteration.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Highly proficient computer skills and excellent customer service skills.
