Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retention Specialist to join our team at Peco Foods. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving employee retention and engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
  2. Coordinate and execute onboarding and job-specific training for new employees.
  3. Lead the development and maintenance of training documentation, including JHAs and SOPs.
  4. Facilitate weekly retention meetings and drive retention activities across all shifts.
  5. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide coaching and encouragement to team members.
  6. Identify and report any suspicious situations or potential product adulteration.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  3. Highly proficient computer skills and excellent customer service skills.
