We are seeking a talented Structural Project Engineer to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise and draw from our resources when needed.

About the Role
  • Prepare and review structural and geometric calculations for bridge rehabilitation and design projects.
  • Prepare and review finite element analysis models.
  • Prepare and review bridge load rating reports to industry standards.
  • Assume responsibility for assigned design calculation files and plans, assuring adequate independent quality control reviews on that work.
  • Coordinate tasks with the Project Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
  • Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis or related field preferred.
  • Professional Engineer License preferred.
  • Structural Engineer License in Illinois or ability and plan to obtain.
  • Minimum of 5 years of bridge inspection, analysis, load rating and/or design experience.
  • Strong communication and client relation skills.
  • Progressive experience with developing design drawings and utilizing MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
  • Strong organization and leadership skills with a track record for adhering to project budgets and schedules.
