Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring compliance with client requirements and DMA's standards.
- Prepare and review project reports, proposals, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, architecture).
- 10+ years of related engineering experience, with a minimum of 5 years in structural engineering.
- Professional Engineering License (PE) in the state of Illinois (SE license preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
