Responsibilities- Prepare and review complex tax returns, including S-Corp, partnerships, individual, and trust tax returns, as well as multi-entity returns.
- Develop and implement tax strategies, conduct research, and provide planning services to clients.
- Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in tax preparation and review.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions.
- 5-10 years of experience in tax preparation, review, and audit.
- CPA certification with a degree in accounting or tax.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software, including CCH Tax and PFX Engagement.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive and lead an accounting department.
- Competitive salary range of $100K - $130K.
