Pharmacist Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and services.

• Supervise and manage pharmacy staff, including Pharmacy Technicians and other support personnel.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications, including interpretation of prescriptions and checking for drug interactions and allergies.
• Conduct patient counseling and provide education on medication use and management.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records, including patient data and inventory management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and services.
• Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy operations and patient satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree (BA) or Pharm.D degree from an accredited pharmacy college.
• Four to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
