Job Overview:
HealthOp Solutions seeks a highly skilled and experienced Neurosurgeon to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose and surgically treat complex disorders of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and cerebrovascular system.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on thorough medical examinations and analysis of patient history.

2. Perform surgical procedures to treat complex neurological conditions, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

3. Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and surgical techniques through ongoing education and professional development activities.

4. Communicate complex medical information to patients and their families in a clear and concise manner.

5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and surgical interventions.

6. Participate in research projects to advance the field of neurosurgery and improve treatment options for patients.

Compensation: $400k - $650k per year

Qualifications:
• Board Certification in Neurosurgery
• Residency/Fellowship Training in Spine Surgery
• Valid AZ State Medical/Licensed Doctoral Degree (or eligible to obtain)
