About the Role

Hearth & Home Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for a broad range of HR-related responsibilities, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, employee development and training, employee relations, compensation, policy development, reporting, and building talent pipelines in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee leaves and navigate policy requirements in FMLA, ADA, and LOA employment law
  • Experience with Time and Attendance, and HRIS Systems - reporting and systems proficiency required
  • Build and manage relationships with employees on the plant floor, leaders, and HR functional owners
  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills with ability to excel in a fast-paced environment keeping stakeholders informed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources field OR combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 4+ years' experience in Human Resources
Preferred Requirements
  • PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
  • Spanish Bilingual
