Key Responsibilities- Assess and monitor client behavior, identifying areas for improvement and developing effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Document client behavior, group participation, and counseling sessions, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
- Provide crisis management, group therapies, and referrals to support clients in their transition to care.
- Care for clients, coordinate treatment, and facilitate discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in mental health, with a focus on therapy and counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality services, with a focus on client-centered care and outcomes.
