We're looking for a seasoned Executive Housekeeper to provide impeccable housekeeping services and maintain a safe, clean environment for our guests. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you'll lead staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol compliance, and oversee the housekeeping department's budget.

About the Job
  • Recruit, train, and lead hotel housekeeping staff to consistently deliver high-quality housekeeping services.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily housekeeping operations, including staff performance and any issues requiring front office attention.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors to source necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, while maintaining budgeted expenses.

Salary Range:$15.50-$16.75 per hour, based on location.

Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role, such as Housekeeping Director or Executive Housekeeper.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Familiarity with EVS protocols and experience working in guest services or hospitality.
