Device Repair Specialist

Batteries Plus - GEN Aspire, LLC is seeking a skilled Device Repair Technician to join our team. As a Device Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing cell phones and tablets, including replacing screens, batteries, and other components. You will also be responsible for assisting customers with sales, answering customer questions, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair cell phones and tablets, including replacing screens, batteries, and other components
- Assist customers with sales and answer customer questions
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Follow all safety rules and regulations, and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements:
- Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent plus 3-6+ months of previous device repair experience
- In lieu of device repair experience, minimum associates degree in electronics, or other technical degree
- Demonstrated technical aptitude, and ability to quickly pick up on new processes and technologies
- Demonstrated attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage and track multiple commitments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written
