We are seeking a full-time specialist in Anesthesiology to join our team at Largo Medical Center. In collaboration with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, we provide patient-centered health care through an industry-leading health care delivery model.
As a MAPMG physician, you will have access to advanced technological tools and comprehensive practice support. Our physicians are salaried, without the complexities of multiple insurers or fee-for-service, allowing for a more streamlined and efficient practice.
What You Can Expect:
- Case Mix: Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Bread & Butter Pediatrics, Spine, OB, endoscopy, EP. No open hearts or trauma.
- Average 40-45 hours a week, with the option to work more for extra pay or time off.
- 80% ASC based with 20% at core hospitals. No call or weekends requirements.
- Minimal CRNA supervision.
- A supportive environment for professional growth and leadership opportunities.
- A collegial group that prioritizes work-life balance.
Minimum Requirements:
- MD or DO.
- Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesia.
- Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
- Work visa sponsorship available for eligible applicants.
- Required: 2-3 years of post-graduate experience.

The starting annual salary for this position is $450,000, considering an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
