Autism Support Specialist

At New Horizons in Autism Inc, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Direct Support Professional. This position involves providing direct care and supervision for individuals with autism in a residential home setting, as well as assisting in the day-to-day operations of the group home.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 20 years old, and possess a valid NJ driver's license. Additionally, they must be able to interact appropriately and effectively with persons with autism, solve problems systematically, and communicate professionally.
We offer a competitive starting pay of $19.00 per hour, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
