Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive clinical improvements across designated programs.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Crisis Services to coordinate care protocols, manage discharge planning, and ensure continuity of care post-medical intervention.
  • Implement risk management strategies, ensure health and safety compliance, and uphold quality management best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma, with a degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in inpatient psych settings.
  • Valid license and clean driving record.
