Senior Embedded Security Architect

At BAE Systems USA, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Security Architect to join our team. As a key member of our security solutions team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative security solutions on complex processors. Your expertise in embedded software engineering and security architecture will be instrumental in helping us safeguard the United States' most critical technologies from exploitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement security architectures on complex processors based on requirements from your analysis of adversary threats and proposed countermeasures.
- Implement and test embedded software according to the guidance provided by the U.S. Government.
- Work with Security State of the Art (S-SOTA) processors.
- Provide our customers with sophisticated, defense-in-depth security solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree plus four or more years of work experience in embedded software engineering and security architecture.
- Experience working at the Driver, Operating System (O/S) and/or Board Support Package (BSP) level.
- Defining Embedded Software Architectures.
- Integrating Software on Complex Processors.
- Validating and Verifying the delivered solution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cryptographic algorithm implementation.
- Configuring security features of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) S-SOTA processors.
- Embedded software development on complex processors.
- Applying secure coding practices, securing operating systems, and virtualization.
- Implementing and configuring security protocols.
- Model-Based Systems Engineering using Cameo or MagicDraw.
