Regional Sales Leader

We are looking for a talented Managing Partner with Sports Background to lead our team in the Quad Cities, Bloomington, IL, and Peoria, IL. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving growth, leading by example, and fostering a positive team culture.
Salary Range:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruiting, training, and developing financial representatives
* Building and nurturing your own team, promoting personal and professional growth
* Contributing to the overall success of the team and the local office
Requirements:
* SIE Certification or ability to obtain
* Series 26 (or 24) License or ability to obtain
* Life/Health License or ability to obtain
* Experience as a former athlete (bonus)
